I give and bequeath to the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill, Inc., located in Chapel Hill, NC, [all the residue of my estate OR stated percentage of estate OR a stated sum OR a specific asset] real or personal which I own at the time of my death or over which I have power of disposition, to be used for their general use and purposes.  Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill shall administer said trust estate for the sole benefit of, and in accordance with, the provisions of its By-Laws and any amendments or additions thereto at any time made.
