Giving Feels Good

Families are stronger when they are together, and their presence helps a sick child heal faster and cope better.  While we cannot make medicine taste better or take away painful treatments, we can help lessen the burden and ensure families have the stability and resources to get and keep their child healthy and happy.  Last year, the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill supported 1,867 families, all because of the love and generous donations of our donors and volunteers.

Your donations make a difference and touch the lives of families on a daily basis.  Whether you are donating pop tabs, wish list items, cash, stock or sponsoring an event it all adds up and makes an impact on the children and families that stay at the House.

Your Dollars at Work: 

  • It costs an average of $71 per night to house a family.
  • Average daily electric bill for the House is $66.
  • Costs around $100 week to provide milk, orange juice, eggs, bread and sandwich meats for families.



  • Ways to Contribute
